There are no direct Volvo buses operating between Delhi and Nainital. There are private operators running AC bus service (not volvo).

1. UTC Volvo bus
   Uttarakhand Transport Corporation (UTC) operates volvo service only till Haldwani. From Haldwani reach Nainital in a local bus/taxi

Uttarkhand Transport runs a Volvo bus from ISBT Anand Vihar at 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, online booking is not possible for this service. You can try any of the travel portals (http://www.redus.in or http://www.travelyaari.com/) and they will have many bus operators listed. Most Volvo services start at 9:30PM to Nainital.

Many tourists prefer the Volvo buses over train to avoid paying taxi fare from Kathogadam to Nainital.

Private operator run buses from Delhi to Nainital are rarely punctual, condition of bus varies from being excellent on some days and outright rickety on other days.

On the other hand, Uttarakhand Transport is more reliable. However, Uttarakhand Transport does not operate Volvo bus from Delhi to Nainital (@amrit_uttarakhand please note) but only deluxe bus which starts at 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM from ISBT Anand Vihar. There are Volvo buses of Uttarakhand Transport that start at the same time but run only till Haldwani. If you wish to travel by Volvo to Naintal, you need to get down at Haldwani and change bus.
