You can book rooms at Karnataka Guest House Tirumala from any of the centers of Bangalore One (http://www.bangaloreone.gov.in/)

Just walk into BangaloreOne counter, check availability of rooms and pay tariff of Rs.500 per day.

when you go to Bangalore One, they will book Karnataka Guest House by giving you 9 AM slot. The time given at Bangalore One is only indicative, you can get your room by 8 AM though you have been booked for 9 AM slot
